Personal Chef Yvonne Gainford spent two years refining her recipes for the Cumberland Range which was launched with Cumberland Rum Nicky and Cumberland Tea Nicky mixes in Autumn 2015.
Our range has been developed the ‘Yvonne Gainford Cumberland’ way, sticking to tradition, never compromising on quality and making the most of the ingredients and flavours around.
Packed with sugar and spice and laced with spirit (not the Tea Nicky!), the jars of deliciously sweet mixture are perfect for making the iconic Cumberland Rum Nicky Tart, for spicing up desserts or adding a twist to breads and cakes.
